As defined by Webster: a relationship is a continuing attachment or association with a person. There are many different types of relationships in a person’s life going on at any given time. It may be a spouse, child, peer, boss, professional, or parent. The most important factor is to be in healthy, ongoing relationships. The question remains; how do we develop and maintain the necessary skills to have a positive connection with others?
